Conscious Home by BGD started as a quiet idea and grew into something neither of us fully expected.

What began as an e-design concept slowly evolved into a full, holistic lifestyle brand with a feed, a quiz, a podcast, workshops, TV appearances, and a community that keeps expanding.

My role here goes beyond social media. This one made me a creative director.

Where It Came From

While working with Blanche on her interior design brand, we started playing with the idea of something new.

A space for conscious living, mindful design, and the way a home can change the energy of your life. What started as an e-design service kept growing until we realized it was so much more than that.

The Quiz & the Archetypes

This was one of the most layered creative projects I have taken on.

Working hand in hand with a website designer, I researched and wrote every archetype, developed the quiz questions, and wrote all the copy for each result.

Learning the system behind building something like that from scratch was a whole education in itself.

Producing the Podcast

The Conscious Home Podcast started with a production team that built the foundation and handed it off to me.

Since then, I have been editing episodes, organizing guest outreach, and repurposing content across social media.

It is a full circle moment from where this whole journey started, editing Blanche's videos on a campus whim.

The Website Copy, All of It

From brand messaging to service descriptions, quiz results to email templates, the copy across Conscious Home has largely been my pen (or keyboard).

I worked closely with Blanche to shape the voice and ensure everything felt true to her vision, then brought it to life in words. Writing for a brand this layered pushed my copywriting further than anything else I had worked on before.

And Beyond the Social Feed

Conscious Home has taken me into places I did not expect.

I have filmed and helped organize community workshops on shifting the energy of your home, written scripts for TV appearances, and have been nurturing a growing email list of 900 and counting.

Every touchpoint of this brand has had my creative fingerprints on it in some way.

She is intuitive, insightful, and extremely talented. I have complete trust in her ability to manage the many facets of my social media platforms.

The Conscious Home Instagram is probably my most creative body of work to date.

Leaning into the spiritual and the woo-woo while staying rooted in interiors and Blanche's voice was a creative challenge I loved.

From the very first post, every single piece of content on that page has been created by me.
